About Us
Lindley & Associates LLC specializing in nonprofit audits since 2000, serving hundreds of nonprofit organizations and performing approximately 40 - 50 audits year, with about 95% involving nonprofits or nonprofit-owned entities.
Our team bring extensive experience with audits under GAO Yellow Book, OMB Uniform Guidance, HUD, DOL and other compliance-based audits, as well as federal, state and local funding requirements.
We act as a mission-centered partner rather than a transactional auditor, emphasizing open communication, reduced disruption for your staff, proactive problem solving and continuity of audit personnel.
